Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer last minute delivery?
Yes, we offer same day delivery if order is placed by 10am.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Afterpay.
Can I make any changes to my order details after it has been placed?
We will only accept changes to addresses provided it is 24 hours before the delivery date (contact through our contact form).
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on our products however we can offer a credit for a future transaction.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes we do! We require 72 hours notice for bulk orders over 500 donuts. Get in touch via the contact form on our contact page for more information.
Do you include any receipts/billing information?
We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information in your delivery, we only include the shipping information.
Can I send donuts anonymously?
Yes! Leave a note in your online order to let us know.

Deliveries

Need to know anything about our delivery services?

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver up to 25KM from Guildford West which covers the most part of Greater Sydney. If your address is outside of our delivery range, please contact us to receive our out-of-area delivery rates.
What are your delivery times?
From 11AM - 5PM Wednesday to Sunday
Can you request specific delivery times?
Unfortunately not. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery, as all delivery drivers must follow a specific route to deliver all donuts by the times listed previously. Please Note: We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances.
What is the cost of delivery?
We charge a $10 local delivery fee for orders with 6KM of Guildford West, and a $15 delivery fee for orders across Greater Sydney.
What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?
If someone is not there to accept the product, your delivery will be returned to our location and a re-delivery fee will be charged. If your order is directed to an apartment, business or school, we will contact you to meet the driver outside to collect.  
Can I leave any delivery instructions?
Yes. Simply leave a note at checkout.

Product Enquiries

Can you customise or alter the flavours/decorations listed on your website?
No! We will release a new menu every month and Flavours cannot be changes, however, let us know which flavours you'd like to see!
How do I store my donuts?
Donuts need to be kept in a cool dry place but kept in the fridge overnight and taken out 1-2 hours before eating for dough to soften!
How long can I consume my donuts for?
Whilst our donuts are best consumed on the day, they last up to 3 days in the fridge as long as they have been left out for 1-2 hours. Our donuts are made Fresh daily!
Do your products contain nuts?
Only our Nutella Donut or the occasional Flavours like peanut butter and jelly may contain nuts.
Are your products Halal or contain Alcohol/Animal Fat?
All our products are Halal and do not contain alcohol or animal fat within the dough or cream.
